The 6 month leadership accelerator

You've done everything right. So why do you still walk out of rooms feeling like you've let yourself down?

Women Who Lead is a 6 month leadership experience for women who have read the books, done the courses, and still sit in meetings editing themselves in real time — and are ready to finally lead as the woman they actually are.

Tell me if this feels like you

You walk into certain rooms and feel yourself adjust. Your stomach drops. Your shoulders tighten. Your voice becomes more measured.

Not because you don't know what you think — but because something in you doesn't feel safe enough to say it.

You leave the meeting and replay it for hours. The one logging on early to get ahead of it all. The one who remembers everyone's birthday. The one holding everything together at work — and quietly leaking out at home.

You've given everything. And you still don't feel like enough.

You defer. You adapt. You wait.

You're working hard. You're doing everything right. And you're still not being seen the way you know you could be.

Not because you're not ready. Not because you're not capable.

Because somewhere underneath it all, you're not sure you deserve more. And that belief is running everything.

Most women aren't stuck because they don't know what to do.

They've read the books. Done the courses. Tried the frameworks. They can diagnose exactly what's wrong. And they're still here.

Because this isn't a knowledge problem. It's what happens in your body before you speak. The freeze. The edit. The spiral after.

Your body learned somewhere along the way that it wasn't safe to be fully seen. So it adapted. It kept you safe by keeping you small.

You can't think your way out of this one. You don't need fixing. You need safety.

Because when your body feels safe, everything shifts. Your voice comes back. Your boundaries hold. You stop performing — and start leading.

Say less, I am in

“Ruth has empowered me to fully embrace who I am as a leader—quirky, passionate and unapologetically myself.

Ruth’s coaching has helped me step confidently into my light, balancing strength and softness as a woman of color in leadership. Her guidance through tough decisions and self-doubt, combined with her expertise as a former VP and CPO in tech, has been invaluable. She integrates rational, emotional, and somatic practices in a way that truly resonates, and through Bloom, she has connected me with an incredible community of women.

“Ruth creates a space where women feel deeply understood, seen, and respected — a space where it becomes impossible to keep playing small.

Through her guidance, I learned to stay open, speak honestly, and advocate for myself in rooms where I would previously have silenced my voice. Her blend of warmth, candour, and practical wisdom reshaped how I see my own power, and the community she curates reflects that same depth and integrity.

“Ruth helped me quiet the inner voice that questioned and doubted me more than I’d like to admit. Through Women Who Lead, I developed a much stronger sense of who I am and the value I bring — not just as a leader, but as a human.

For the first time in my life, I gave myself permission to recognise my own achievements without minimising them. What I gained went far beyond expectation: a deep-rooted, steady confidence that isn’t performative or loud, but calm, earned, and lasting.

“Women Who Lead helped me see how some of the ways I’d adapted to survive — like being overly eager to please — were no longer serving me. That awareness alone was transformative.

Partway through the program, I stepped into a new role, and it felt like more than coincidence. The work helped me navigate a significant career milestone with clarity and self-trust, and to have difficult but positive conversations without shrinking or second-guessing myself.

Amber Fraser, landed a new role as Head of People

03 | The solution

Imagine six months from now

You walk into a room that used to make your stomach drop. Your body stays with you. You say what needs to be said — clearly, calmly, without the edit — and you don't carry it home with you afterwards.

You stop logging on early to calm yourself down. You stop carrying what was never yours to carry. You start trusting what you think in real time, not three hours later in the bath.

You negotiate the salary. You take the title. You have the conversation you've been putting off for six months.

And somewhere along the way — without trying to manufacture it — you become the woman people turn to. Not because you performed it.

Because you finally stopped hiding her.

I want this

Everything inside Women Who Lead is built on three core pillars that create real, lasting transformation

1

Sisterhood

Sisterhood is the heartbeat of Women Who Lead. You are held by me as your guide and by a small circle of women walking the same path — a space where you are witnessed, not judged; supported, not compared; celebrated, not scrutinised.

2

Cyclicality

Women are cyclical beings — physically, emotionally, energetically. We honour that truth as the foundation of powerful leadership. You learn to lead in alignment with your own rhythm, not the grind, force, or performance culture you were taught to survive.

3

Strategy

And alongside the inner work, you receive tangible tools, real frameworks, and proven leadership strategies that move your career forward. This isn’t abstract theory. It’s practical, grounded, applicable change.

A 6 month accelerator for women who are done playing small

Women Who Lead is a six-month leadership experience for women who are ready to feel like themselves again — bold, grounded, powerful, whole.

It blends somatic work, identity work, and real leadership strategy so the transformation doesn’t just happen in your head — it lands in your body, your voice, and how you lead every day.

Not more information. Transformation.

Across six months, we build confidence, clarity, and self-trust through a rhythm designed for real change, not overwhelm.

We meet consistently as a group, with a blend of workshops, coaching, and embodied practice that supports you to integrate what you’re learning in real time.

Across the program you’ll experience live workshops, group coaching, somatic + yoga sessions, plus a private community space, supportive tools, and a Sisterhood of women where you are deeply seen — not lost in a crowd.

This is where you stop performing and start leading as the woman you really are.

Many women see a tangible return through pay rises, promotions, or stepping into roles that truly reflect who they are.

05 | Meet the Creator

Hi, I’m Ruth — former Chief People Officer turned leadership coach and founder of Women Who Lead.

I spent years in boardrooms shaping culture and building leadership inside high-growth companies — and I spent twelve years in an abusive marriage. Two parallel realities: one where I looked powerful, and one where I was slowly disappearing.

The turning point was learning to say no — to abuse in my marriage, and to the quieter versions of the same dynamics that play out in workplaces every day. The gaslighting. The silencing. The pressure to shrink to stay safe.

Rebuilding myself from the inside out taught me the difference between performing leadership and living it — from sovereignty, truth, and internal safety.

Everything I teach comes from lived experience, somatic healing, and real corporate leadership — not theory.

I built Women Who Lead so women don’t have to rise alone — and so no woman has to choose between her success and her self.

I am a Woman Who Leads

This is the moment you choose yourself

You might be asking yourself: can I justify this? Am I really ready? What if I don't follow through?

But you've already been paying a higher price.

The 3am wake-ups. The meetings you replayed all day. The salary you didn't negotiate. The idea you didn't share. The promotion you watched someone else get.

That's the real cost. And you've been paying it for years.

Choosing yourself isn't always comfortable. It stretches you. It asks something of you.

But Women Who Lead is built for exactly that — somatic grounding, identity work, and real leadership strategy, inside a small high-trust cohort where you are deeply seen.

This is where you stop performing and start leading as you are.

Clear. Grounded. Fully in your power.

I am ready

07 | Got questions?
FAQ's

Who is this for?

Women who are ready to stop shrinking — in rooms, in relationships, in their own minds.
Women who know they’re capable of more, but feel stuck on the edge of their next chapter.
Women who want to lead with truth, presence, and power — without abandoning their softness.
Women who are tired of people-pleasing, over-delivering, and waiting for permission.
Women who want to feel calm, grounded, and confident in their bodies and voices.
Women who want community — real community — not networking or performance.
Women who are done doing this alone.

If this is you, you already know.

Who is this NOT for?

People looking for a quick fix, a corporate leadership course, or a checklist of tactics.
Anyone expecting change without doing the internal work.
Women who want to stay comfortable instead of getting honest.
People who prefer theory to embodiment, performance to truth, or talking about leadership instead of living it.

This work is deep.
It asks something of you.
And it will change you — if you let it.

How much time will I need to invest in Women Who Lead?

  • 1 live sessions per week (~90 minutes each)
  • ~1 hour of implementation per week (practical exercises, reflection, or strategy work)
  • 2 optional live yoga and somatic sessions per month (to learn more about nervous system regulation and cyclicality)

We are creating a powerful container together, so we ask for your live attendance as much as you can. That said, all calls are recorded, so if you can’t make them live, you can catch up on your schedule.

This program isn’t about working harder—it’s about working with your energy, not against it.

By the time we’re done, you’ll have the systems, strategy, and clarity to lead with confidence—without burnout.

Will I lose access after a certain time period?

No, you won’t lose access. While the program runs for 12 weeks, you’ll have lifetime access to all the resources, recorded workshops, and materials from the course. Plus, you’ll continue to have access to live calls and webinars, ensuring you can revisit and build on what you’ve learned whenever you need to.

Can my company pay?

Absolutely — but most women self-fund because they’re done waiting for permission.

If you’d like reimbursement, we can provide a support letter.

I’m not a leader, VP, or Director. Can I still join?

You don't need the title — you need the readiness. Women in this program range from emerging leaders to C-suite. What they share isn't a job title. It's the same internal shift they're ready to make.

What if I miss a live session?

Replays are available for every session — and the real transformation happens between the calls, in the conversations you’re having and the moves you’re making.

What if I am scared?

Good. Fear means you’re standing at the edge of your next chapter. You’re not supposed to feel ready — you’re supposed to feel called.
